  Waited over 45 minutes to be called, then made to sit in a FREEZING COLD room for over an hour. Had to complain in order to get someone to come see my daughter.
  No customer service, no management of expectations. Someone should stop in and let you know how long or apologize.
  Nothing. Very disappointed
