  Staff is always friendly, store is clean and organized, which I find amazing, considering the number of items that are available and the ever changing inventory. Love the Joanne's app and coupons on my phone too!

  Sunday and last day of a pattern sale= kinda crazy. The material station's set up like a deli, take a number and wait to be called. There was only 1 Butterick pattern catalog w/ several people wanting to look at it- since that was what was on sale.
  Best thing to do is sign up for their emails & text messages and always check their website before you go to take advantage of any coupons available. Their patterns are generally well organized and there's a $1.99 sale from time to time.
  They're material prices are high but a decent selection. Look at Walmart first before buying material, especially if you're just learning to sew and don't want to invest a ton of money.
  It's cool that they have so many other things for crafts, not just sewing stuff. They even have a decent area for jewelry making. Nothing near Hobby Lobby inventory though.
  My BF said if they had a "waiting station" with a bar and TV playing sports, maybe the women wonn't feel so rushed and spend more $$. LOL

  Went in to get some fabric for a DIY home project that I was working on. The place was nice and clean and the staff were friendly. Joann always has the best selection of fabric, and most of the time they are on sale. I ended up saving 50% on my purchase.
  
  I had to get a custom cut on my fabric and the young lady who helped me was delightful. I had a pretty big purchase so she had to do a lot of cutting. She told me to continue to shop and she would have it ready shortly. I came back in about 10mins, and sure enough it was cut, folded, and ready to go. By the way, if you have their app, you can save even more sometimes. 5 stars!
