    Love the staff in this store. They are always ready to help and HAPPY. During the season is extremely busy but…… what is not busy in the area during the season?!?!?! The locals are the ones affected during those months and never complain. The only complaints that I hear are from the ones that come over running to hide from the cold weather. Guys at Starbucks Drive through, 12840 Forest Hill Blvd keep up with the excellent job. We appreciate your help always!!!

    The product is on par with other Starbucks, but Kevin the "shift manager" is kind of a dick. Very abrasive and rushing my order with no one in line behind me. Won't stop me from going, just wanted to reciprocate the courtesy shown to me by Kevin
