  I visit this store almost weekly and I've always been really happy with all the stones I've bought. My only issue was recently they labeled a stone $19.99 but upon asking if it was correct a woman in the store (who I hadn't seen before) said "Oh no, that's $29.99 and I'll have you know that's an amazing price" with some sort of attitude. But upon calling to ask if it was still available today a woman on the phone (who was very kind) told me it was somehow now $59. It's just a little unprofessional to give people misleading information multiple times, I understand a labeling mistake and woud have gladly purchased it until the price doubled again.
