  This was my first time going to Flanigan's, Saturday night around 6:30. the place was packed. We were greeted by a not so friendly hostess, and we put our name on the list. I had to ask what the wait time was, because she didn't even off to tell us we would be waiting 40 to 45 minutes. I asked if we could go to the bar for a drink while we waited, and she pretty much ignored us at that point, We went to the bar, where the very rude bartender was wiping the bar. she never even looked at us said hello smiled nothing, I asked my wife if she wanted a Guinness, the bartender said they were out of Guinness, I asked her are you serious ? she said yes. no Guinness. She didn't offer any other beer, she turned away from us and continued wiping the bar. I went to the hostess and had our name removed from the list, I gave them that courtesy, more than Flanigan's gave me. It was a terrible experience and I will never go back.

  Staff is very attentive and helpful. Food is good. But every time I go I always find some sort of problem either with the credit card machine or they run out of a plate or drink. Woop!
