  The manager (she called herself) was very short, and not friendly when I inquired regarding details on one of the packages or how the party was organized.
  I was told by this young woman that "she could not give me anymore information" and that it was in her companies policy to not disclose the order of events for my daughter's potential party.
  I persisted, and asked her to just give me a round about idea and responded: "all the information you need is on our website".
  Not a very good sales person or manager.
  I booked my daughter's party at Joeys Outback where they took care of every detail and answered all our questions.

  For my baby girl birthday I called the spa so she could get her nails done, i was told about a so called "better" package for $50 each they will get mani, pedi, hair and make up done well that wasn't true at all. When my husband asked why weren't we getting what we paid for, he was told they don't do this or that. They are bunch of liars and thieves. My girls left unhappy and disappointed since it was her birthday I didnt want to ruin the day even more but tomorrow I'll be calling and ask forr the manager.
